Understand how your home is functioning — not just whether mold was found.
Functional Home Discovery is how you understand how your whole home is performing — the envelope, the ventilation, the HVAC, the way air and moisture move through it. We investigate the home as a system and trace what we find back to its source: sometimes that’s mold, sometimes it’s a failure that hasn’t produced any yet but is still letting unconditioned air in, overworking your HVAC, or wearing on the materials around it. Either way, you’ll understand what’s happening, what to do about it, and what’s ours to fix versus someone else’s. We’re always honest about what we can and can’t see.

Mold Remediation
Physical removal, with your wellness in mind — not just to pass clearance testing.
There’s no magic product that gets rid of mold. You have to physically remove it — carefully, completely, with your family’s health as the point. We contain the area under negative pressure so nothing spreads, remove what’s there rather than mask it, and clean until the home itself tells us it’s done. We scope the work to what your home actually needs, and no more — sometimes that’s less than you feared. We won’t remediate blind, either: if the cause hasn’t been found, we’ll tell you what it takes to trace it first.

Know what you’re buying — before you’re committed to it.
The option period is a narrow window: you’ve found a home you might love, the clock is ticking, and you have days to decide. Option Period Discovery is a scaled-back, healthy-home walkthrough built for that moment — a few hours, non-invasive tools, looking for moisture, air-quality concerns, and the early red flags of mold in the places problems actually start. You’ll have our findings by the next business day. It isn’t a home inspection or a formal mold assessment — and we’ll tell you when you need one of those instead.

Build Partnership
The healthiest home is the one built right the first time.
Most of the moisture problems we find during remediation didn’t start as disasters — they started as small oversights during construction that compounded for years. Build Partnership is the moisture-and-air oversight most builds never get: we work alongside you and your builder through the key stages, from before the slab is poured through a final verification, catching the things that lead to mold down the road while they’re still easy and inexpensive to fix. Our role is advisory, and we’re clear about that.
